We are constantly looking for areas where we can improve. Obtaining client feedback is an essential part of this process and it forms a fundamental element of our Business Management System (ISO 9001:2008 certified).

Aitchison Raffety have a formal complaints procedure and we take all forms of dissatisfaction seriously, whether involving one of our services, a member of staff, or where we have simply got something wrong.
